Sadly it won’t be updated for the time being, sorry. It’s much easier to make (and find) viable builds these days so I’m sure there are several good alternatives you can go for.

One more thing: if you are wondering what a crit-based "Shredder" (not really the same build anymore, but somewhat similar) would look and feel like then check out RewZlay (really enjoying it right now). If you are following it closely then I strongly suggest using Marauders Juggernaut (and nothing else) though.

Hey, been a while 🙂

My Shredder is still alive after all these years so if anybody pops in here hoping to find an update you can check out what I’m doing with ZadSnow here: https://www.pathofexile.com/account/view-profile/Pyram/characters

Since the game changes a lot and I’m sometimes checking out new skills/combinations/flasks/gear etc the build is unlikely to be 100% complete and probably does not follow the original philosophy 100% (but shouldn’t be far off either).

Some stats in hideout:
~5400 life
~800 mana (~170 unreserved – running Hatred, Herald of Ash, Arctic Armour).
~55k Cleave DPS (5L).
28% Block and Spell Block.
~10k Armour

Sorry, the guide will not get any new updates until further notice. I’m no longer playing PoE so unfortunately I have no idea what is or isn’t viable at this point, therefore I’m also unable to provide any relevant advice.

I would suggest browsing the official forums for dual wield builds, it should provide you with a good start.

Hey, I actually just started playing a bit a couple of days ago again after a long hiatus. I’m actually playing a ranger now, and I’m really behind on current builds (and everything else) so I really don’t know what to recommend.

I suppose Shredder should still work fine if you want to try it out, but you’ll have to come up with a build on your own 🙂

hey man! Used to play poe alot last year, just came back, are you still playing? 🙂
Got a free respec and Im wondering what i should spec, got okayish gear and all the gems set up for this spec so i would prefer continuing. Currently level 82.
