Yeah, I based my values on Standard, should have mentioned that immediately; I edited the post to include a note about the league. I don’t play on any other leagues so I’m not familiar with the prices there. Since Domination and Nemesis are both pretty new I guess most gems (like many other things) are more expensive than in Standard.

Portal 5-15c
CwDt 7c
Multistrike 5-9c
Cast when stunned 1c
Blood magic is going for 2-4c (you can get 3-4 easily)

I mainly just wanted to point out the Portal gems price, as right now they cost a lot more, and I bought mine personally for 2c, but he had no idea the price, and you could easily get 5-10c, as people are buying for that constantly, trying to resell for 10-15c.
